Cancellation Policy
Phone Consultations: We understand that schedules change, so there is no charge for cancelling or rebooking phone consultations.
Home Consultations & Estimates: A non-refundable fee of $100 applies to in-home consultations and estimates. This fee will be applied as a credit toward any product or service ordered.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policies below:
General Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Items missing components or packaging or not in original condition will be subject to a restocking fee. After 14 days, items can be exchanged for another product, subject to availability.
